Automated Refunds for Checkout Failures
If your payment method is charged but your checkout expires, fails, or a coupon limit is reached before your transaction completes, our system will automatically issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Please note that while we initiate these automated refunds instantly, your bank or credit card provider may take 5-10 business days to reflect the credited amount on your statement.
Subscription Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your Blindfold AI subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Because Blindfold AI provides immediate access to digital infrastructure and compute resources, we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or unused time, unless required by local law.
Exceptions & Disputes
We understand that exceptional circumstances happen. If you believe you were charged in error, experienced a major service outage, or forgot to cancel an annual renewal, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of the charge.
We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a fair resolution.
